This survey is conducted by ACT Consulting for Iskandar Investment Berhad to understand the current state of organizational culture and to provide meaningful insights that support leadership in strengthening and sustaining a healthy organizational culture.

Organization Culture Health Index (OCHI)

OCHI is a structured survey tool used to measure the overall health of an organization’s culture. It provides a clear picture of the existing cultural state and serves as a guiding GPS for leaders in managing, aligning, and shaping organizational culture effectively.

Objectives Survey

To identify areas for improvement

To identify the organization’s overall cultural health index

To understand obstacles that may hinder organizational performance

To assess the implementation of Corporate Values within the organization

To determine the level of alignment between employees’ personal values and current cultural values

How to Participate

This survey consists of five (5) key sections:

Survey Steps

Complete the demographic information that best represents you
Click "SAVE"
Read the pop-up instructions for the five sections, then click "START"
Read each section carefully, then tick and rank the values accordingly
Click "NEXT" after completing each section
Click "FINISH" after the final section
An "End Survey" message will appear to confirm completion
