Corporate Culture Agent (CCA)

Corporate Culture Agent (CCA) is a specialized training program designed for change agents. Over three days, participants will learn the frameworks and benchmarks for building an effective, measurable, and goal-oriented organizational culture — starting from developing the right mindset, understanding key knowledge, and mastering the skills needed to drive cultural transformation.

To motivate change agents and enhance their credibility, the program includes a one-day competency assessment conducted within three months after the training. Participants who successfully apply their knowledge and demonstrate measurable results will receive an official certification (Certified Culture Agent) from BNSP.
